Writer Mitchell Nemeth captured the essence of how the community created the co-operative housing project for their local seniors, and how the home contributes back to the community in both economic and social supports. The story starts with a simple statement: consider a co-operative. --- ### Find the SEDA story [here](http://cooperativesfirst.com/isl/uploads/2016/10/March20Co-op20IP.pdf), or read below: ## Stay in the know.
